Basic Delivery Information

We understand that getting your system quickly is important. All orders are processed by the next business day at the latest. Orders placed near the end-of-business on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday or the next business day depending on holiday hours. Device’s and physical products are shipped within 24 business hours of the time your order was placed and are subject to the same restrictions as order processing.

All shipments should arrive within 5 business days of the date it is shipped. Most orders arrive within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.

Shipping and Processing Charges – Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is done via USPS. There is no charge for shipping on any of our standard products. If a new item is sold by My Button that requires us to charge for shipping we will make the consumer aware of the shipping charge before they checkout.

Post Office Boxes

We’re sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to any PO Box address.

International Orders

At this time My Button only services and ships to the United States of America, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be added to your order for shipments to residents of Oklahoma.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at 1-877-280-7665.

Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.

Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.

If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. Call Customer Service at 1-877-280-7665.
