These systems are the workhorse of emergency alert systems. They are connected to your traditional phone line and require active telephone service to operate correctly. If your home phone service is provided through a VoIP or Broadband connection you may need an additional line filter for the system to operate. Landline systems consist of a base station that plugs into your phone jack and a separate pendant that can be worn around the neck or on a wrist strap. The layout and material in your home may have an effect on the range of the pendant, but it should cover most one and two-story homes easily.
The successor to the traditional Landline System, these newer cellular based devices connect to a cell phone network through a dedicated internal connection. No landline or Internet service is required for these systems to stay connected at all times. These systems include a base station that only requires a power cord and a pendant that can be worn around the neck or on a wrist band. The layout and material of your home may affect the range of your pendant, but it should cover most one and two story homes with ease.
Mobile Systems operate on a dedicated cellular network and provide easy access to one-button help almost anywhere in the country. They’re simple to operate, you just press the button on your device and a trained emergency support agent will speak with you through your device. These devices do need to be charged, but since they do not include GPS services they can often go extended periods between charges. Cellular triangulation services may be available with some devices. Some of these devices also include Fall Detection, which automatically alerts our team if the user experiences a fall.
Mobile with GPS is a cellular connected device that also includes GPS location services. If you have a loved one who can’t always be responsible for their location or who may experience memory loss and is susceptible to becoming lost then these are the perfect systems for you. Simply call our Central Station and provide your account information and our trained agent will locate your loved one’s last known location and can contact emergency services. These small devices include one-button access to emergency assistance and can be worn around the neck with the supplied lanyard. Some units also include Fall Detection, which will automatically alert our team if your loved one experiences a fall.

Nurse Connect – Connect with a Registered Nurse through your My Button System any time of the day or night. These medical professionals can help answer basic medical questions, discuss medication, or recommend additional services they believe may be necessary.

That’s why there’s a dispenser that connects to your My Button account, letting you or your loved one talk to a representative who can help you remember to take your medications. The machine also dispenses the appropriate medication at the correct time of day.
